Integral Care

Please help Integral Care to fill our food pantry. Costs have increased considerably due to inflation and our food pantry, located at the Terrace at Oak Springs, will have to limit its outreach to our clinics in 2023 if we don’t fill it through donations.
Hunger can have a tremendous impact on mental health. It can cause pain and terrible fatigue. Not to mention a poor diet can cause undue stress and severe depression. It is hard to think of much else when you are hungry. Access to food for our clients can be very limiting due to income restraints, rising costs, and access. Let’s make food accessible to all of our clients at our housing and clinic locations. Let’s ease their physical and mental stress so they can focus on building a healthy life.
