We met first in high school, but did not really get to know each other. Tyler moved to Florida a couple of years later, and we lost touch. We then met again, while at drill (military duty), and bumped into each other. We spoke that day and decided to catch up more over coffee that weekend. Ever since then, we have been inseparable.

We traveled from our home to Hot Springs, Arkansas as a vacation to see the solar eclipse. We went to a festival at a crystal mining location. Right before the eclipse, he pulled me to the tree line and asked me the best question ever! This was April 6th, 2024.
