Believe it or not, Jenna and Austin went to high school together! After five years of being out of high school with little to no contact, we ran into each other at Lux, a bar in Rochester, and realized we still had feelings for one another. From there, we were inseparable, spending every moment of the summer together. When the summer came to an end, we cut things off as Austin had to go finish school. When Austin came home, we finally made things official! Over-set with joy, and after a month being together, we couldn't deal with living apart. We were overworked and stressed from living with our parents, so we decided to pull the trigger and get a place together! We knew it was crazy fast to move in with each other so soon into a relationship but we both knew, without telling one another, that this was something real. Now we just signed our third lease and we are getting married! We can't wait to start the next chapter of our lives together.

When and where was the proposal?
When we were in high school, Austin and Jenna went to the lilac festival with some friends. Afterwards, we went to the lilac bushes laid there looking at the stars and listened to cold play. It was the first time we ever held hands as nervous teenagers.
Fast forward to August 2019, Austin found that exact spot, while drinking the same drink we drank that endless summer together and asked Jenna to be his forever.
