Our love story began in 2009, Andrew was the funny guy and Megan was the focused and quiet type. In the beginning Andrew tried hard to get Megan's attention but was met with some quip remarks about doing his own work.
Sooner or later, Andrew became the focus of Megan's attentions as well. They eventually began to exchange flirtations banter during french class, and math class... and science class. They were to say the least becoming slightly distracted, until finally one night, while writing to each other over the internet, they admitted their feelings for one another!
The following Monday, January 19, 2009, they shared a kiss and have been inseperable ever since.
10 years worth of memories later and we’ve made it through college, university and moving in together. It was while picking pumpkins in our garden when Andrew finally decided to pop the question. We've been together through thick and thin and can’t wait for this exciting new chapter of our love story to begin!

What is your favorite memory of your early relationship?
We chose to have a winter wedding because winter was always our favourite season. We always enjoyed taking off to go snowboarding or skidooing. In fact our favorited memory was when we were first dating. The snow was think and heavy and we were quite comfortable being outside in our snow suits. Andrew had taken out the four wheeler so we could go in the back field for some alone time... the snow kept falling; the flakes were huge and stuck to our eyelashes. We drove through the field into a clearing in the trees, we stopped, feeling properly secluded, and got off. Immediately we realized we would have to dig ourselves out. We thought it was a good excuse to be late for chores that night.
How and where did the proposal go down?
Andrew and Megan had been together for a long time. Long enough for Andrew to be teased by family members about popping the question. Months before the actual proposal, Megan had been suspecting that Andrew was going to ask. Of course Andrew knew that she was on to him, so he wouldn't be able to surprise her with any grand guesture. In fact to surprise her at all would be a feat in itself. After a rather difficult morning of babysitting their niece and nephew, Andrew and Megan came home and went to the garden to pick pumpkins. Seeing an opportunity, Andrew made up an excuse, an emergency at the farm, to go grab the ring. Megan was still holding a pumpkin when andrew got down on one knee.
What does the couple Share in common?
Andrew and Megan share a lot of similar ideas about family, life and values. They are both from family farms and are very close the people they love. They both adore animals, and the country, and snuggling up to watch tv together. They are both perfectionists in their own ways and this is sometimes a source of arguments. However, they've learned to love each other's faults, and find hummor in it. Andrew makes Megan laugh even when she's mad and Megan makes Andrew laugh even when she's not trying to be funny. We are each other's ' best friend, high school sweetheart and soulmate. We were made for one another.
