Ill be moving to Longmire, Washington and working at Mt. Rainier NP as an EMT and Winter Rec. Assistant. Ill be doing a lot of Search and Rescue and Backcountry Patrols in the Longmire and Paradise areas of the park. Paradise once held the world record for the most snow fall in one year (100ft). The gear i need to operate and have fun out there is very technical and specific.
Most of the stuff put on here is just guessing what ill need to go out and be comfortable in the cold and work, there's also some thing that would help me get out of the cabin too. I know most of it is very expensive, I'm just using this so you can see what I'm gonna need. Id prefer cash over these things bc i can get almost all of these things at wholesale prices through work discounts.
