Land to Learn's SproutEd program brings garden-based education to over 2,000 students in 10 Hudson Valley elementary schools. Our team builds and maintains school food gardens and facilitates hands-on learning experiences for kindergarten through 2nd grade classes. Lessons occur during the school day, year-round, and educate students in nutrition, cooking, plant science, ecology, and food systems. Our experiential curriculum offers students a fun, engaging way to apply and develop their academic and social emotional skills.
