Encouraging Hearts, Inc. — EHCARES Dorm Starter Kit

Encouraging Hearts Inc. (EH) is a 501c3 organization with a mission to care for our communities. One of the ways we achieve this mission is through our Collegiate Care Initiative. We believe that every student deserves a smooth transition into college life, and we strive to make this possible for incoming freshmen by providing wrap-around services for success. EH works with Baltimore City and County guidance counselors, who identify high school seniors who will need financial and motivational support during their freshman years. To alleviate some of the economic pressures of college, EH provides dorm kits and college care packages during the fall and spring semesters.
