    Do you have the gift of gab? We are looking for a French/English speaking individual to join our team of highly professional online concierge agents, working for a fast paced company! Act as our front line and voice, welcoming the customers to utilize our services. We are looking for agents who will be able to assist clients with any technical issues utilizing our website, taking order information for purchases from multiple sites. The successful candidate will be experienced and detailed oriented and be responsible for negotiating and optimizing opportunities. They will also use data and analytics to understand the client’s needs and build a solution to ensure client satisfaction. The associate will work closely with the sales team, to provide support and expertise in meeting client objectives. They will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue and client satisfaction.     Responsibilities:

    - Selling digital ad inventory to companies and ad agencies wanting more exposure with MyRegistry partners
    - Managing the sales process from proposal through post-analysis and renewal/upsell
    - Setting up meetings with potential clients to present advertising proposals and address their concerns
    - Present Myregistry capabilities and opportunities to clients, prepare proposals and share with the potential clients, and follow up
    - Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
    - Execute proposed campaign and marketing solutions
    - Coordinate with Ad Ops teams to carry out advertisers’ creative assets/tags, brand guidelines, and any other specific requests
    - Generate reports to troubleshoot/resolve discrepancies or campaign/creative issues
    - Provide ongoing reports, and end of campaign reports
    - Serve as one of the day-to-day client contacts on select accounts; manage project timelines and delivery process
    - Grow revenue, educate and lead upsell conversations with clients post initial sale

    Qualifications:
