    A leading consumer technology company is seeking a highly motivated, seasoned SaaS Sales Manager with sales and business development experience to build and grow our sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition of new and expansion of existing clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive results-oriented individual with a proven track record in SaaS sales, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Responsibilities

    -Build and lead a team of highly motivated of sales representative through hands-on training, industry best practices and deep product expertise and develop a culture of accountability
    -Develop and execute sales plans by identifying new prospects and upselling existing clients
    -Keep stakeholders informed and updated on quarterly projections, actuals and new business pipeline opportunities
    -Proactively resolve client’s questions and bring sales feedback from customer conversations to the executive team on a regular basis.
    -Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that the right prospects are addressed through the appropriate nurture channels

    Qualifications

    -Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a successful sales manager in the SaaS industry
    -Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
    -Strong knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies, best practices, and industry trends
    -Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
    -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively
    -Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    -Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
    -Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools
    -Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry conferences and events
    -Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

The ideal candidate will drive high-level customer service satisfaction. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience, as it requires an understanding that exceptional service goes beyond just resolving issues. If you are passionate about people, problem-solving, and creating a positive impact, this role is for you.

    Requirements:

    • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or live chat in a prompt and professional manner
    • Resolving customer issues by taking ownership and following through to satisfactory resolution. Focuses on the customers need, guide the customers to alternative choices if their item is unavailable
    • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
    • Identifying and escalating priority issues and communicating with relevant departments and/or team members to resolve them.
    • Maintaining a positive and professional image of the company in all customer interactions.
    • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Identify the type of assistance needed
    • Ascertain level of assistance needed to resolve inquiry and escalate when appropriate
    • Deliver all information in a positive, conversational and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
    • Manage customer expectations
    • Actively engage customers in on-line chat context

    Training will be provided

    This is an in person position, with an exciting and close-knit office environment and benefits. As this position is key to being punctual, local candidates are preferred but not required.

    Education:
    •Associates Degree (Preferred) or equivalent years of experience

    Experience:
