Dear Family & Friends,

On Friday, we experienced a fire in our Coffee Shop kitchen, which began in the dryer. As a result, two of our smaller kitchens suffered significant smoke and soot damage. Many of the everyday items we rely on—such as plastic bins, kitchen utensils, and clothing—were affected and will need to be replaced in order to get the kitchen up and running again.

While we do have insurance coverage, the process of filing a claim and receiving reimbursement can take some time. In the meantime, we urgently need to replace these essential items.

Instead of asking for specific donations, we are requesting monetary contributions to help us purchase what we need as soon as possible. This will allow us to quickly replace the items and keep things moving while we wait for the insurance claim to be processed.
