As the company’s Founder and CEO, Oded is responsible for the company’s growth, business direction, and corporate partnerships. Prior to founding MyRegistry.com, Oded spent more than 12 years on Wall Street, including six years as Cofounder and Senior Partner at Trade.com Global Markets, Inc./BlueStone Capital Partners, LP, a 500 employee, full-service investment, merchant banking, and online brokerage firm.

President

Nancy has an extensive background as a successful leader, launching her first company at the age of 27, and eventually running the first women's television network in Japan, She-TV. She is responsible for the company’s strategic partnerships with retailers and affiliates, and also oversees merchant business development and B2B marketing. Nancy holds a J.D. from New York Law School.

Chief Technology Officer

Kiran Thomas is an accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in product engineering, software development and technology innovation. He brings significant experience in ecommerce, service modernization, team empowerment and technical innovation which combined with his certification in AI from MIT enables him to aptly apply AI to enhance product features and streamline internal processes to deliver value to MyRegistry by better aligning technology with business goals, driving growth and delivering exceptional value to its customers.

SVP of eCommerce & Partner Management

With over 18 years at MyRegistry, Elecia oversees the Customer Service and Project Management teams within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. A key member of the executive team, she drives the successful execution of complex enterprise partnerships and implementations, ensuring a seamless and cohesive client experience from onboarding through long-term support.

Chief Software Architect

As the company’s senior software engineer, Nicolas is responsible for designing both back- and front-end technical solutions. He guides and assists the development team, striving to continuously improve the end result. Nicolas has a master’s degree in information technology and more than 15 years experience.

VP of Growth Marketing

Adam is a marketing and strategy executive with extensive expertise in consumer products, digital commerce, and brand growth. He has led performance-driven initiatives across omni-channel and DTC businesses, with a focus on end-to-end digital strategy in the retail and e-commerce sectors. With over 20 years of experience, Adam excels at crafting integrated marketing programs that fuse data, storytelling, and execution to drive engagement, revenue, and sustainable growth. He holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan.

VP of Operations

Mark is the “go-to” man for all things digital. He coordinates web projects and timelines across departments, and works closely with the technical and design teams to maintain quality standards. He holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems, and brings more than 20 years experience to the company.

Director of Digital Ad Sales

Kirill is a seasoned digital sales and partnerships leader with nearly two decades of experience driving revenue growth across digital media, performance marketing and e-commerce platforms. At MyRegistry, he leads digital sales and partnership strategy, focused on premium inventory monetization, advertiser alignment and building long-term brand relationships across high-intent purchasing moments.

VP of Digital Innovation/Design Director

Mike is an accomplished creative professional with over 20 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising and product design. Prior to joining MyRegistry.com, he worked for several major brands and organizations including Condé Nast, Vevo, and AMC Networks. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and a Master’s Degree in Design Management from Pratt Institute. Mike also holds certificates in UX/UI design and ADA/Web Accessibility Standards.

Head of Quality Assurance

As the company's lead Quality Assurance engineer, Deep is responsible for the implementation of long-term quality strategies. In this role, he provides product and service analysis to ensure the required standards of excellence. Deep evaluates operations for improvement opportunities and drives the automation framework of our website. Deep has 10+ years of experience in this field and a master’s degree in computer science from NYIT.

Pam is a highly accomplished Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leader with over 16 years of experience delivering strategic workforce initiatives. She specializes in employee engagement, talent strategy, performance management, and compliance. Pam is committed to building strong, high-performing teams through thoughtful hiring and a focus on cultural alignment and operational excellence.
