from your gift registry. Set up your Cash Gift Fund with any title of your choice. (e.g., Our Honeymoon
Fund, Baby’s College Fund, etc.) and it will display together with other products and items you have added

Whether you have a Cash Gift Fund or not, you may also elect to
allow guests to purchase many of the items from your registry in the form of a cash gift at any time.
The exact amount of the item will be contributed to a Cash Gift Fund, and then you decide whether to

to their bank account, transfer their balance or just make payments from their PayPal
account. Your special cash gift account with

How do my guests contribute?
Your guests will be able to easily contribute money to your Cash Gift Fund online using a credit card or their PayPal account.
I don’t have a PayPal account yet, what should I do?
In order to activate
your Cash Gift Fund and start receiving contributions, you must have a PayPal account.
You can either open a PayPal account now at www.PayPal.com,
or after your have have opened your gift registry.
Are there fees to have a Cash Gift Fund?
MyRegistry.com does not
charge members any fees to open or maintain a cash gift account. PayPal charges
a transaction fee each time monies are transferred into your cash gift account .
Outside of the PayPal transaction fee, there are no additional fees to the Cash
Gift Fund owner.
PayPal’s transaction fees for a U.S. Account is 2.9% +$0.30 per transaction (i.e.
$3.20 for a $100 contribution to your cash gift account). This fee will be deducted
from the amount contributed on each transaction.
Are there any fees when sending a Cash Gift?

When will I get my money?
In order to comply with PayPal’s security provisions, contributions to your Cash Gift Fund will be held for five business days before transferring monies to your PayPal account.
How do I activate my Cash Gift Fund?
To activate your Cash Gift Fund, login to your account and click the link Activate Cash Gift Fund under the Manage Registry tab. You will then receive an email to verify your PayPal account. Once you have verified your PayPal email, your Cash Gift Fund will display on your gift list for guests to contribute.
