Nancy Lee
Nancy has an extensive background as a successful leader, launching her first company at the age of 27, and eventually running the first women's television network in Japan, She-TV. She is responsible for the company’s strategic partnerships with retailers and affiliates, merchant business development and B-to-B marketing. Nancy also holds a J.D. from New York Law School.

Vice President of eCommerce and Partner Management
For over 6 years Elecia helped build and grow the customer service department, oversaw customer and merchant communications, and facilitated employee training. Today, she uses her expertise, as the key liaison to affiliate merchants, and coordinates all major partner integrations.

Idan has more than 14 years of information technology experience. His role is to align technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. Idan is also responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization. He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from City University of New York.

Randy is an advertising executive with a 20+ year track record of business development as well as sales/marketing leadership. Randy creates winning strategies in the fast-paced, ever-changing online world. She has held positions at companies such as Rodale, Cablevision and American Media and is responsible for scaling our marketing and advertising business partnerships.
Jillian Cody
Merchant Manager
Jillian has 7+ years experience initiating, maintaining and expanding successful client relations. She has stepped into a business development role with great success, bringing in the many independent retailers whose partnerships with MyRegistry have become an integral part of the business. As our merchant expert Jillian oversees registry software integration, and under her leadership the merchant services department continues to expand exponentially.
Nicolas Lavazais
Senior Engineer
As the company’s senior software engineer, Nico is responsible for designing both back and front-end technical solutions. He guides and assists the development team, striving to continuously improve the end result. A recent transplant from Lyon, France, he has a Master’s degree in Information Technology and over 15 years experience.

With over 8 years experience at a major retailer, Catharine brings an extensive background in customer service and employee management. With excellent technical skills, and a keen attention to detail, she supervises the in-house customer service team and inventory control of our online retail stores.
