Hey! Thanks so much for stopping by! We've had a of people ask when we're moving. The answer as soon as out property is feasibly livable for us and our babies. We are building as we go and not taking any loans out so its taking longer and we've learned a lot from the process and ran into situations we never expected. A few people asked if we had a wish list or house warming list. I never thought about making one until it was asked a few times.

Being out of state from most everyone we know i never thought of having a house warming party and having an established home in Georgia, we have all the small items most people gift for a house warming.

So in lieu of small house gifts that may go neglected in a few years I wanted to share our build and will share a final walk through when it's finally done. The list on this site are items we are needed to complete our build. A place where we are building our dream property.

We have a 60x60 barn with a 20x60 apartment in it sitting on a beautiful hay field at the top of a hill. We live down a dirt road named Logan Rd. It was all perfect timing with the purchase of the land and has been a work in progress since.

The interior is sealed off. We still have to seal floors, paint, trim work, install fans, interior doors, install cabinets and appliances, hook up water heater and install shower.

In the barn, the stalls need mats, finish sealing the tack room.

Septic is being installed in June. We have to finish the ground for the lean-too area for the horses. We want to reroute the driveway for more privacy. As far as fencing, we need to install the front fence to deter the local animals from visiting.

Absolutely nothing is expected from anyone. Everyone's support is enough for us. But we wanted to share. And for those asking about moving and house warming needs, a gift card to continue our build or one of the needed items would be beyond appreciated to help us get to our dream a little quicker.
