Beachcomber Cafe

Hello! We’re the Cathers: a local Trinidad couple that love to travel, spend time outdoors, and share experiences over great food. We have years of collective experience in the service industry, and have traveled to cafes all around the world, creating a vision for our future and for our dream bussiness.

As many of you may know, we are in the process of purchasing the Beachcomber Cafe in Trinidad. Owning this cafe has been a dream of ours for many years. Kasey grew up going to school across the street, and we had our first date at the Cafe in 2015. It has truly been a fixture in our life. We are so excited to start this journey, and continue the legacy of the Beachcomber Cafe.

We will be making several changes to the cafe, such as an updated menu, an exciting new coffee partner, new logo and branding, a fresh paint color, and updates to the interior and patio. We have an exciting vision for the cafe’s future, and can’t wait to share it with you. Our goal is to create a fresh, inviting space for our community to gather and unwind.

To help with these updates, we have put together a community donation registry and cash fund. These items and funds will help bring our plans for the Cafe to life.
