Jean Parker Elementary — Skanska School drive

Skanska USA Building Inc. has organized a back-to-school supply drive for Jean Parker Elementary School in the heart of San Francisco. Jean Parker is a small but mighty inner city school serving bright, excited, and engaged students. They serve a predominantly immigrant community, alongside local families that go back generations in our city. 86% of their K-5 students are considered socio-economically disadvantaged and 71% are learning English as a new language. Much of their language exposure and opportunities for beyond-the neighborhood experiences come from their school. Their students, and the educators who serve them, deserve the best and most current resources to support their learning.
