1. You must be an activated and verified member of MyRegistry.com to play.
2. Any activated and verified member with a Gift Registry can win.
3. Entries are calculated in the following manner:

• Each time guests of your gift registry purchase items totaling $400 that have originated from the MyRegistry.com Kitchen & Houseware Store on your registry, (identified by the MR logo on each eligible product) you will be given one (1) entry.  Purchases will be aggregated and tracked. No individual item need be over the $400 price point. • When a member makes personal purchases totaling $400 from the MyRegistry.com Kitchen & Houseware Store (identified by the MR logo on each product) they will be given one (1) entry win. Purchases will be aggregated and tracked in conjunction with the purchases made by guests, however, members must be logged in to have their personal, non registry purchases tracked. No individual item need be over the $400 price point.

4. There is no limit to the amount of entries you can have. 
5. At the end of each quarter, if a member has less than the necessary amount for a full entry, the amount will be rolled over to the following quarter’s contest.
6. To enter without making a purchase you must send a postcard with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and event date, along with a  500
    word description of  your experience at MyRegistry.com. Mailed entries must be sent to:

7. Mailed entries must be received before contest period ends.
8. The game period begins at 12:00 AM (EST) on the 4^th day of January and ends at 11:59 PM. (EST) on the last day of March, 2010.
10. The quarterly winner will be randomly selected on the 1st business day after the contest period has ended.
11. Eligible participants can win only one prize in any given contest period.
12. The winner will be notified via email after the quarterly contest period ends. A link to the prize claim form will be embedded in the email.
13. The winner will have ten (10) days from the last day of the month to complete and return the prize claim form to claim their prize, which will include a request for a photo of the        winner and a release by the winner for the photo to appear on myregistry.com.
14. If the winner does not complete and return the prize claim form to claim their prize within ten days they will forfeit the prize. MLR reserves the right to randomly select another        winner.
15. After the prize claim form is received, the prize will be shipped to the address on the prize claim form. All shipping charges will be incurred solely by MLR.
16. MLR reserves the right to announce all game prize winners on the web site.
17. MLR is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen prizes.
18. MLR will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any        kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any telephone connection, network, hardware or software.
19. While MLR will make every effort to assure that all entries are correct, technical difficulties may, at times, occur. MLR will use reasonable efforts to assure that all entries any        participant be recorded and given to that participant but assumes no responsibility for such technical difficulties and the decisions of MRL are final and binding in all
       respects.
20. MLR is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture such information, whether caused by website users, tampering or        hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest.
21. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an email        account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for        assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account.
22. All entries become the property of MLR and will not be returned.
23. Any questions regarding the number of entries or the owner of an email account shall be determined by MLR in its sole discretion, and MLR reserves the right to disqualify        any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this contest.
24. Prizes are non-assignable, non-transferable and the “Cash” value of the prize is not redeemable.
25. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and MLR reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or        greater value.
26. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes.
27. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this contest will be ineligible for prizes and could be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
28. Employees of MLR and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the games or win prizes.
