How do I add an item from an actual store (not a website)?

You can simply add an Offline gift by clicking the ‘Add Offline Gift’ option on the left-side menu located in your ‘Manage your gifts’ page. There you will need to provide information describing the gift (title, description, quantity desired, price, etc) and the store where it can be purchased (such as the store name and address).
