"Defective Wheels?"
This high chair looks really cool. However, we've only used ours for 5 months and one of the wheels came off the base. We certainly have not abused the chair--the most it has rolled has been about 8 feet a couple of times a day. Unfortunately, when the wheel fell off, a bunch of ball bearings also fell out. So, I don't think it's an easy fix. The chair still rolls for the most part, but occasionally scratches the floor now.

"They were right"
This highchair is everything you read about. Just do your research and you will see it is worth it. So far, so good.... no problems. We have hardwood floors and a 15 month old, messy baby! Easy to clean, fits him well, rolls nicely on the floor, looks great, and I think will be a good high chair to grow with him since I don't want him sitting in the adult dining room chairs yet (they are velvet and hard to keep clean)! Thanks babyearth for carrying this product.

"This is it"
This highchair is everything you read about.... do your research and you will soon find out this is the only one that keeps clean, grows with baby and is EASY!
The tray is not too small, and if anything, fits more in smaller sinks and is just as easy to clean as the chair is! Who likes cleaning those big trays anyway?! Enjoy and thanks babyearth for carrying this product

"great chair"
I bought this for my 6-month-old daughter (she is in the 50th percentile for height and weight). The chair came in a HUGE box and was very easy to assemble--it was basically 3 pieces you insert one into the other and then attach 8 bolts. It took me less than 10 minutes by myself. I am 5'7 and it comes almost high enough that I could stand and feed her comfortably (but not quite...I wish it came up another 6 inches but then it'd probably be unstable). I have Pergo floors and was able to roll it around easily. I didn't expect the brake to work after reading all the other reviews, maybe they've fixed it because it doesn't budge when the brake is engaged, even when my daughter rocks around. I went with the orange seat pad after reading about spaghetti and carrot stains, so far it still looks new. I highly recommend the orange! The pneumatic lift is fun, it does make the chair heavy but I don't plan on lifting it. The tray snaps in and out with one hand easily (they must have updated this since the older reviews too). It is smaller than other high chairs but seems big enough so far. The plastic covers are great--one is covered with a huge sticker when it arrives, and doesn't come off easily. I used a blow drier, though, and it came off without leaving residue. Boon should really think about doing something other than a sticker there...we already bought the chair, we don't need the advertising! The reason I give it 4 stars is the harness system doesn't fit my daughter well. I made it as tight as it could go, but it's still VERY loose over her shoulders. However, this isn't a carseat, it's a highchair. Maybe it doesn't have to be so snug. It would make me feel better though. Once the tray is in I don't see how she could fall out. Finally, the chair looks great in our house and we get compliments on it. I'm actually proud of the high chair! I love that it will hold her up to 50lbs and is so easy to clean. I would recommend this to my friends.

"LOVE this high chair"
We love this high chair. It was easy to put together. It's SO easy to clean. It's very esthetically pleasing. The only thing is the chair itself is white. The company is also wholesome. They give 10% of their profits to children's organizations. I felt really good about buying this chair.

"PC in Greenwich"
I read about the chair before it was available and was one of the first to get one. We love the chair for all the above reasons (easy to clean, small foot print, easy to manuver, and cool looking). We also had the casters fall apart (I think we may have been one of the first to have this happen). However, Boon has to have one of the best customer service departments on the planet. I emailed them photos and a video of the wheels and they responed immediately. I did have to wait for two months for the casters to be redesigned, but Boon sent an entire new base which has been trouble free since December 2007 (today November 2009). In fact, because I had to wait for the new base, Boon sent me one of their other products as a gift. I actually ejoyed the whole customer sevice process with the Boon representative (which is amazing because I usually find my dealings with customer service departments to be quite painful). I would recommed this chair without hesitation.

"Cool chair"
Really like the chair for our 6-month old. It was easy to put together and is easy to maintain. It rolls around easily and doesn't take up much space. It doesn't lock into place on our wood floors though... not a problem, yet anyway...

"Find another chair"
After a few uses, a huge piece fell out of the bottom. It seems to be the weight. The brake never worked. Customer service at Boon was awful. I am throwing the chair away as unsafe and moving on.

"great chair & great service!"
We have enjoyed our Boon high chair for almost a year now. It is easy to use and very easy to keep clean. I love how we can roll it over to the sink for even quicker clean up. The height adjustment is handy when we want to pull the high chair right up to the table.
Last weekend we broke one of the buckles on the harness. I am happy to report that Boon immediately sent us a replacement harness system. We did not have to file a warranty claim or jump through any hoops - just a quick phone call & emailed photo was sufficient.
We've been impressed with both the high chair and the great customer service!

"Very easy to clean"
These are the most important pros I found:
1.It look´s great, cool design
2. Very easy to clean
3. adjust to any high
4. Brake
The only con is that the tray is too small

"Best highchair out there!"
Features that make it awesome:
- All plastic; cleanable with wet wipe. No need to throw covers into the wash after every feeding...or keep a nasty cover on to avoid washing so often
- Seat attached in such a way that there are no hinges, nooks or crannies for food to get stuck in
- Harness is removable for washing
- Wheels. Wow- didn't think this was all that useful until I got it. Whenever my son gets restless, we go for a spin and then back to eat. Does the trick every time. Not to mention I can wheel him into the kitchen where he can sit and watch me prepare his food.
- Removable tray covers (two!). You don't have to wash the whole tray, just the cover:)

"Glad I bought It"
I got this high chair after spending all kinds of time searching for the "right" one. I love the highchair and it is definitely the easiest to clean and it does look pretty cool. My older kids love to roll the baby around in it, and so far it's held up, we've only had it for about a month so I can't vouch for how sturdy it is but I love the brake feature and I thought I would love the pneumatic lift but to tell you the truth, I've never used it. I just raised it to the highest level and left it there because the tray is very small (though I love that it comes with 2 covers) I really just roll it up to the table and feed him from there instead of using the tray. When we got this, my son was still not sitting up on his own (he's a little behind) he still managed to stay upright between the leg bar and the straps and the tray(there is no full bar across the front without the tray). All in all, it's a great chair and I'm glad I bought it.

"so easy to clean!"
The best feature of the Boon high chair (besides its sleek appearance) is how easy it is to clean -- a big selling point for me. I also love how easy it is to roll around the house without scratching my hardwood floors. The lift feature is also great. The two things I don't like about the chair are 1) the chair is wobbly in the base - it's not dangerous wobbly, but it's kind of annoying that when my baby kicks his legs he wobbles around - and 2) the brake does not work great - it's hard to press the pedal and when the brake is on the chair can still move a little. This is my first high chair so I don't have a comparison, but I wanted for a great looking chair that you can just wipe down clean and go...it's great.

"okay highchair"
I was happy to come across this high chair because I wanted something more modern and cheaper than the fresco high chair I was looking at. But after receiving it I wish I would of spent the extra 300 and purchased the fresco high chair. The boon high chair has a great look and its very easy to clean. But after assembling the chair, and making sure its locked into position it seems to wobble a lot.

"Fabulous!"
We took our sweet time picking out a high chair and decided to get this one in the lime green color. We love it. It is very easy to clean (which we do all the time thanks to Mr. Spoon-Grabber) with no hidden grooves or joints to worry about. It is very sturdy, and having wheels has been wonderful for us. We wheel him around the whole kitchen so he can watch from a safe distance while we cook. And then we wheel him all over the house while we do chores. We have wood floors and I have yet to see a scratch from the high chair (now used for 5 months).
I highly recommend getting a seat with the support between the legs for little ones since they are just going to slide out otherwise. This may become problematic as he gets older and crawls in by himself, but for now, I love it. It makes me feel secure while I buckle him in.
He loves to touch his fingers to the Boon label on the tray liner as well. I don't have a single regret buying this piece of furniture. We get so many compliments on our high chair, too!

"super cute & does the job"
this is the cutest highchair and it does everything it should and more. i can push him anywhere to eat then push him to the kitchen sink to clean up. he can sit at the table and be raised up to be fed while I'm standing up. the seat is comfy and everything is highly clean-able. no crevices. i like the crotch bar which makes it very safe. one hand only to remove tray and he will be able to grow with this highchair.
