UPS SERVICE GUIDELINES
Order shipments originate from Austin, Texas, and typically require 2-7
business days to reach their destination. Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays,
Sundays or Holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 noon CST typically enter the
UPS system that day. Although a package may be ready for delivery in the
morning, orders do not enter 'shipped' status until UPS physically picks the
package(s) up from the warehouse that afternoon.
ORDER CHANGES
Changes to orders cannot be made after 1:00pm CST on business days, as packages
may already be en route to their destination(s).
CANCELLING AN ORDER
BabyEarth takes pride in processing your orders
quickly. Therefore, it may not always be possible to cancel your order once it
has been placed. Orders that ship directly from the BabyEarth
warehouse must be cancelled by 1:00pm CST on their scheduled ship date.
Furniture and other items that require additional lead times may take us up to
72 hours to determine if BabyEarth is able to grant
your request. If they are unable to cancel the order prior to it entering the
shipping process, you would need to return the item subject to BabyEarth’s return policies below.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
Overnight and second day shipping options are subject to UPS pickup cycles and business
day limitations. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday evening
and specify second day shipping, it will not arrive at its destination until
the following Monday. In this example, the next available UPS departure is on
Thursday evening, and the second day falls on a weekend. The following Monday
is the second day in UPS service terms.
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PO BOXES
Non-oversized shipments with Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. box
destinations incur the standard UPS ground shipping charge but ship via U.S.
Postal Service.
RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Most
purchases can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Just contact us for an
RMA number prior to return shipping. BabyEarth will
cover the cost of return shipping for defective items, and will refund 100% of
the purchase price. An unwanted, resalable item will be refunded 100% of the
purchase price provided:
1) It is returned with all original documentation and packaging.
2) Manufacturer tags are intact.
3) It is in unused condition.
Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. Certain
products such as eating utensils, bottle feeding items / accessories, breast
pumps, blankets, mattresses, diapers, potty seats, bath and fabric items and
personal care items cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore
non-refundable. Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will
not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from
the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in
shipping, babyearth.com will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some
cases, the manufacturer may opt to replace a defective part rather than
replacing an entire item. If a replacement is not available, babyearth.com will
issue a full refund including inbound and outbound shipping charges.
The current flat rate shipping charge will be withheld from a return credit if
the original order met the free shipping threshold, but exclusion of the
returned item would have caused the order total to fall below the free shipping
threshold.
Products returned without an RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to
additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. We appreciate your
help in keeping our costs and prices low!

FURNITURE AND SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
MyRegistry.com and BabyEarth know building the
perfect nursery is important. We've put the following policies in effect to
ensure continued good relations with our trusted manufacturers who supply us
with one-of-a-kind specialty items.
Most furniture and other special order items are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS
small package or Curbside Freight. However, some items have White Glove
shipping options available to better meet the needs of our customers.
Curbside Freight
This product is delivered curbside to all residential addresses. Customers must
make arrangements to be onsite for inspection and are responsible to bring
items into their residence. Please note any visible damage to the packaging
with the carrier prior to signing for the items. If there is visible damage to
the furniture itself, refuse delivery and contact BabyEarth
as soon as possible.
White Glove Freight Service Levels

White Glove Bronze
This service level provides two-person delivery to the
inside threshold of your residence. If the item is on a pallet, the product
will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage, the product will be
left in your front entrance or first dry area. If you live in an apartment
building or condo, the product will be carried up two flights of stairs from
the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved
up additional flights or require additional services, please contact BabyEarth for a quote. The product will be left in the original
packaging.

White Glove Gold
This service level provides two-person delivery to your room of choice in your
residence. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs
from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product
moved up additional flights or require additional services, please contact us
for a quote. After the product is delivered to your desired room, the shipper
will unpack the item and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will
set pieces next to each other or on top of each other). The shipper will also
remove and dispose of all packaging. Setup services do not include any
electrical, plumbing or component hookups.

White Glove Platinum
This service level provides two-person delivery to your room of choice in your
residence. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs
from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product
moved up additional flights or require additional services, please contact BabyEarth for a quote. After the product is delivered to
your desired room, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light
assembly that may require basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted
together, set pieces next to each other or on top of each other). The shipper
will also remove and dispose of all packaging. Setup services do not include
any electrical, plumbing or component hookups.
White Glove Delivery: After the order arrives in your area, a
representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour
window for delivery. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If
the product has any damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on
the signature sheet you will be required to sign. This will ensure that if
there is any damage, it will be easier to resolve the problem.
Returns - Furniture and Special Order Items
In the event that you need to return furniture or special order items, you will
be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the cost to return the
item to us, as well as the cost of shipping the item to you.
Once the furniture item has been shipped from the manufacturer, even if you
have not received it, you will be responsible for round-trip freight costs
should you decide to refuse delivery.
BabyEarth does its best to provide accurate lead
times for furniture and special order items. Shipping time frames reflected in
product descriptions are based on estimates from our suppliers. In the event of
a shipping delay, BabyEarth will notify you promptly.
However, they cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated
delivery times.
